Ingredients

granulated sugar

cup
Bisquick biscuit mix

tablespoons
butter
softened
1
can evaporated milk
2
eggs
2
cups
pure pumpkin puree
2 ½
teaspoons
pumpkin pie spice
2
teaspoons
vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 or 10 inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Pour into prepared pie plate and bake for 50 minutes.
Notes
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
