Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • 1 9 inch pie pan

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Bisquick biscuit mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 or 10 inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
  • Pour into prepared pie plate and bake for 50 minutes.

Notes

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
