Preheat clean grill to medium-high and spray with non-stick spray
In a large bowl combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and a dash or two of Worcestershire sauce and mix until well blended.
Form meat mixture into 4 large patties about 1 inch thick.
Grill over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees fahrenheit.
Meanwhile, combine melted butter, remaining 1/4 cup hot sauce, and a dash or two of Worcestershire sauce whisking until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
When the patties are done, toast the buns on the grill for a minute or two. The sprinkle patties with blue cheese and allow the cheese to melt with the grill turned off and the lid closed.
To assemble: place a grilled burger on a toasted bun and top with chunks of blue cheese and spoon over hot sauce as desired.
