DIY Renovation Projects
We love to tackle DIY renovation projects. So far we have a couple of bathrooms, a kitchen, and a screen porch renovation under our belt. Whie we are no experts, we like to learn as we go but always hire out for electrical work, or more complex plumbing projects.
We have participated in two rounds of the One Room Challenge, first completing a total refresh of our living room including installing plywood plank hardwood floors. The second project we tackled our kitchen, where we installed a gorgeous black farmhouse sink, planked an uneven ceiling, and installed back splash for the first time!
Our next project includes full basement renovation including updating a bedroom and building a new family room!
We are not experts or builders by trade, just a husband and wife living in a tiny home on a small budget who enjoy DIY projects and sharing the results or our work.
